• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without permission

5. Listings & Content

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listings or content they post.

We do not verify all listings and make no guarantees regarding the validity, completeness, or quality of any information provided.

6. Messaging & Communication

The Platform may include chat and messaging features. You agree that:

• Communications may be stored for security and compliance
• You will not use messaging for spam or solicitation

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring billing through our payment provider
• Pay all applicable fees

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Referral Program

We may offer referral incentives. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time and to withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse.
